Save A Small Town Cafe From Being Taken By The Government

The husband and wife owners and leaders of the famous roadside cafe have expressed their unhappiness and upset at the prospect of their land being taken for the purpose of building a new highway. They have expressed hard feelings about the matter, as the land has been in their family for many generations and is therefore very dear to them. The cafe has become a big part of the local community, with locals and tourists alike enjoying some of the finest cuisines around; however, due to the fact that the land would need to be redeemed to accommodate the new highway, it would means that their beloved cafe and the many memories made there would be lost. The husband and wife couple are now petitioning the government in an effort to keep their land and cafe.
