Content and Intellectual Property
The rights to all content in the Ai images and Ai Graphic sections are owned by Vitalentum, the creator. These images, legally obtained (downloaded) on the site, users can use them for commercial purposes.
- You may not resell Vitalentum's artificial intelligence images.
- You may not pass them off as your own.
By submitting, posting, or displaying any content on or through our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and perform such content in connection with our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
Our Services may contain content owned or licensed by third parties. Such content is the property of its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any third-party content may result in legal liability.
Additionally, it's important to note that content featuring celebrities, brands, trademarks and photographs of individuals should not be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission. Termination
